Text-to-Apply & QR Code Generator that links to your careers page
Candidates can easily apply to your open positions by scanning a QR code or using text-to-apply, linking directly to your careers page. You can download and print a one-pager with a QR code and text-to-apply keyword or generate your own QR code.
This new feature can be found on the Jobs page. Click the three-dots icon to the right of whichever job you want to share and select Share from the drop-down menu.

If your job's current Smart Suggestion is to share the job, a Share button will be available right from the Jobs page.

Flexible calendar setup for Autopilot
There is now more flexibility when setting up Autopilot, our automated interview scheduling tool. You can either manually enter your availability using the built-in calendar or connect your personal or work calendar (Outlook, Google, etc.). This makes it faster to get started using Autopilot and provides flexibility for different user needs.

Bugs that have been fixed over the last 30 days: Fresh Start Edition
We’ve been fine-tuning CareerPlug to ensure a smoother experience for you! Here are some of the key fixes we’ve made this month.
- Calendar settings stick when you switch types – Your settings no longer disappear when switching between different calendar options.
- Saving drafts works properly – Draft job descriptions no longer trigger a message saying they've been published to job boards.
- Employee start dates show correctly – The right dates now appear for when candidates are starting.
- AI-powered Job Description Builder working smoothly again – Accounts with issues related to this feature have been fixed.
- Filters reset when you switch accounts – Filters from one account won't follow you to another account anymore.
- Email features work for everyone – Some users couldn't add emails, but now everyone can.
