Job closing insights

We've introduced a new way to gather feedback when you close a job posting! The job closing insights feature helps employers track hiring success, assess the effectiveness of their job postings, and share feedback to improve the platform. Now, you can quickly indicate if you filled the position, rate your satisfaction, and highlight any hiring challenges — all within the job-closing workflow.

Bugs that have been fixed over the last 30 days: Sweet Improvements Edition

We've been fine-tuning CareerPlug to ensure a smoother experience for you! Here are some of the key fixes we've made this month.

• Back buttons now look like back buttons – We changed the "X" to an arrow so it's clearer how to go back.
• Sharing jobs from your phone works – The Share button now responds when you tap it on mobile devices.
• Helpful reminder for empty emails – You'll get a reminder if you try to send an email without adding recipients.
• Email previews show real names – Now you'll see actual names instead of "Company Name" in preview mode.
• Interview time slots save correctly – Your selected interview times now save properly every time.
• Time slots don't disappear anymore – If there's an error on the form, your time slot selections stay in place.
• Updated remote work language – We removed outdated COVID references from job descriptions.
• Filters work the way you'd expect – The job page filters are more intuitive and easier to use.
• Smart Suggestions available to more users – More account types can now use this helpful feature.
