CareerPlug has a fresh new look

We listened to your feedback — CareerPlug now has a fresh new look that's faster and easier to navigate. Find the tools you use most, discover ones you might have been missing, and get better visibility into hiring, retention, and insights.

Filter tasks by Workflow name

Filter the Task page by Workflow name, Assignee, and Status instead of scrolling through a mixed task list to find what you need. No more hunting through unrelated tasks to check one Workflow's status.

A new, simplified job posting experience guided by smart defaults and fewer options. Everything you need to post a job (including the Publish button) lives right on the first screen! You’ll know exactly what everything means thanks to new instructions and descriptions, plus you'll get confirmation of exactly where your job is going live!

Bugs that have been fixed over the last 30 days

We’ve been fine-tuning CareerPlug to ensure a smoother experience for you! Here are some of the key fixes we’ve made this month.

• Document navigation bar no longer disappears after adding a comment — Adding a comment on a signable document removed the top navigation bar. It now stays in place.
• Signable documents now scroll correctly on mobile — Employees completing onboarding paperwork on a mobile phone couldn't always scroll far enough to reach the submit button. Forms now scroll as expected.
• Comments drawer now appears in view on mobile signable documents — The drawer was opening off to one side of the screen, out of view. It now opens within the visible screen area.
• Employees can now complete signable documents that previously showed no fields — Some employees opened a document and saw no fields to fill out. Documents now load correctly every time.
• Managers can now approve signable forms that previously wouldn't submit — Some form approvals were silently failing for managers. Approvals now go through correctly.
• Completed onboarding tasks no longer show as overdue — Some Admins were seeing tasks marked overdue even after employees had finished and signed them. Completed tasks now clear correctly.
• Onboarding tasks are scrollable again on mobile — Employees using the new side navigation couldn't scroll through their task list. Scrolling now works as expected.
• E-Verify task and submission options are back for all accounts — Some accounts were missing E-Verify options on relevant tasks. They now show up correctly.
• "Try Workflows Free for 30 Days" button now behaves correctly — The button was disappearing after being clicked, and showing for accounts that already have Workflows. It's now hidden appropriately and works as expected.
• Job template updates now apply to every posted job — Editing a job template left some already-posted jobs out of date. Updates now roll out to all jobs created from that template.
• Hiring manager changes now save after a job is posted — Updating the hiring manager on a live job wasn't always saving. Changes now stick.
• You can now navigate backward from Posting Status while editing a job — The edit flow was trapping users on this step with no way back. You can now move forward and backward freely.
• Custom sources now show up correctly on jobs — A newly created custom source wasn't always appearing as an option. It now shows up right away.
• Jobs no longer incorrectly show "No Clicks Recently" — Some jobs displayed this label despite having recent click activity. The label now reflects actual activity correctly.
• Prescreen responses now come in correctly from sponsored applicants — Some responses from sponsored applicants weren't being captured properly. They now come through as expected.
• Multi-select prescreen questions now hold their scoring and weight — These settings weren't always saving on multi-select questions. They now save and stick correctly.
• Duplicate Smart Suggestions no longer linger after changing a job's location — Changing a job's location left a stale, duplicate suggestion behind. It now clears properly.
• "Reduce Prescreen Questions" suggestion no longer appears when it shouldn't — Jobs with 3 or fewer prescreen questions were still getting this suggestion. It now only appears when relevant.
• Job reports no longer include click data from outside the date range — Reports were pulling in stray activity from jobs closed outside the selected range. They now reflect only the selected dates.
• Applicant comments now show up on the Applicant tab — Comments were only visible on the applicant's profile, not the tab most users check first. They now appear in both places.
• Applicant distances now display correctly outside the U.S. — Some non-U.S. accounts showed the same incorrect distance for every applicant. Distances now calculate correctly.
• Share button no longer gets squished when the nav is collapsed — Collapsing the side nav compressed the Share button awkwardly. It now displays cleanly.
• Headers now stay sticky in full-page drawers — Headers in drawers like the job edit screen used to scroll out of view. They now stay fixed at the top.
• Tooltips no longer get stuck on screen on mobile — Tooltips would sometimes remain visible after you'd moved on. They now dismiss properly.
• Duplicate user records no longer block login or account edits — Some Team page accounts had duplicate entries preventing login and editing. Records are now deduplicated so login and edits work correctly.
• Participating Users setting on Locations now saves correctly — This setting appeared to save but didn't always apply, letting removed users keep access. It now saves and applies correctly.
• Sign-in success notification no longer duplicates or gets stuck — Navigating back after signing in could leave a duplicate, unresponsive notification on screen. It now behaves and dismisses correctly.
• Messages are now correctly marked as read — Some messages stayed marked unread even after being opened. Read status now updates correctly.
• Open Jobs dashboard tile now sends you to the Jobs tab — Clicking this tile was incorrectly sending some users to Insights instead. It now takes you to the Jobs tab as expected.
• "Add Comment" overlay no longer blocks Insights tabs during review — This overlay used to cover navigation you needed during applicant review. It's now positioned so both are accessible.
• Operating Areas address no longer displays incorrectly on Google Maps — A legacy street value was causing the wrong address to show. It's been removed so the correct address displays.
