Some clients told us that weekly reminders for Pulse Surveys felt like too much. Now Admin users can choose the reminder frequency that works best for your team: weekly or bi-weekly.

Bugs that have been fixed over the last 30 days: Fresh Start Edition

We’ve been fine-tuning CareerPlug to ensure a smoother experience for you! Here are some of the key fixes we’ve made this month.

• Careers Page search works properly — searching for jobs on your main careers page (the aggregated one) now returns results instead of a blank page
• Autopilot (Automated interview scheduling) preview message now appears correctly — The “Preview unavailable for group interviews” message was showing up when it shouldn't have been.
• Autopilot (Automated interview scheduling) calendar settings stay visible — Calendar settings now display properly in user profiles after connecting your calendar
• Filters reset when switching accounts — If you manage multiple CareerPlug accounts, filters now clear when you switch between them
• Active jobs show up for Full Access users — Jobs now appear the first time Full Access users view their dashboard
• Task assignees display correctly — When previewing a task you’ll now see the actual assignee instead of a different name
• New managers can edit assigned tasks — When manager assignments change, the new manager can now edit and submit tasks as expected
• Employee History now fully loads — Now more “Something Went Wrong” errors when accessing employee history
• eDoc Tasks submit successfully — Everyone can see their full signatures on eDoc tasks instead of just initials or blank spaces
• Task display improved on mobile — Section heads on tasks now stay within their proper boundaries for a cleaner look on phones
