Searching for applicants by name, phone number, or email

With CareerPlug’s search function, you can type an applicant’s name or other information and immediately begin seeing results. Click the magnifying glass icon to get started.

Here are the categories of information by which you can search:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email address

If you don’t see who you’re looking for immediately, hit Enter on your keyboard. This will direct you to a page with results for all of your potential matches.

You can sort your applicants by prescreen score, applicant name, the job the applicant applied for, and the job location.

Click the applicant’s name to view more information about the Applicant.

Click Clear Search Result to go back to your applicant view before searching, or try a new search.
