Now, you can customize the Welcome email you send to new hires right from Settings. And if a candidate starts applying but doesn’t finish, their contact information is saved as an Applicant Lead so you can follow up instead of losing them forever. They now have a dedicated tab making them easier to find and manage. No more scrolling through the dashboard to find all of your interviews. Here are some of the key fixes we’ve made this month. - **The AI Assistant's (Labs Beta) chat history no longer disappears after it navigates you to a page** — The conversation panel could go blank after the Assistant took you somewhere in the app, until you manually refreshed. History now stays visible. - **Fixed a false "connection was lost" error in the AI Assistant (Labs Beta)** — This error could appear even when your request had actually gone through successfully. It no longer shows up for successful requests. - **Audio Interview invites can no longer be sent for jobs with no interview questions built** — Applicants could be invited to an Audio Interview step even when no questions had been set up for that job, leaving them with nothing to answer. The invite option is now unavailable until questions are in place. - **Editing prescreen questions no longer opens Job Templates instead of the question editor** — Clicking to edit existing prescreen questions could send you to the wrong screen. It now opens the correct editor every time. - **Prescreen questions are no longer wiped out by an unrelated validation error** — A validation failure elsewhere in the job builder could silently clear your selected prescreen questions for some users. Your selections now stay put. - **You can now assign more than one message template at a time** — Previously, only a single message template could be assigned. Multiple templates can now be assigned as needed. - **Fixed an error when adding Autopilot to an existing hiring process** — Some accounts received a "hiring process already cloned" error and couldn't proceed. This now works correctly. - **Activating an account no longer creates duplicate partnership hiring processes** — Some newly activated accounts ended up with two copies of the same hiring process. When activating a new account it now creates just one. - **The Invite drawer buttons no longer get cut off after a validation error** — Triggering a validation error (like an empty subject line) while sending an invite could hide the drawer's action buttons. They now stay accessible. - **Editing an applicant profile no longer force-assigns a state** — If an applicant didn't provide location details, editing their profile would automatically (and incorrectly) assign a state. This no longer happens. - **Fixed Canadian job postings occasionally showing the wrong city** — A fallback lookup could assign an incorrect delivery-area name to a Canadian job's city. Cities now display accurately. - **Fixed Careers Page text randomly displaying in Spanish** — Some Careers Pages intermittently showed Spanish text instead of the account's configured language.
