Job seekers who text your unique text-to-apply code to the designated number will receive a reply with a link to your careers page.

On your careers page, candidates can search for jobs using the available fields, or click the Show Me All Jobs link (under the Find Jobs button) to see all of your open positions.

How do I share a job via QR Code?

1. From your Jobs page, click the three-dots icon to the right of whichever job you want to share and select Share from the drop-down menu.

2. In the Share Job pop-up window, click the Print Poster with QR Code tile.

3. In the Print Poster With QR Code drawer, click the down arrow icons to expand the color and text customization options.

4. Click the Edit Color box to customize the background color of the top half of the poster ("Now Hiring").

5. Enter a short message to attract applicants in the Add Text field.

6. Click the Download PDF button at the bottom of the drawer to download your customized hiring poster to your device.

7. After you download your hiring poster, you can easily print and share it wherever your ideal candidates spend time.

How do I share a job via Text-to-Apply?

1. From your Jobs page, click the three-dots icon to the right of whichever job you want to share and select Share from the drop-down menu.

2. In the Share Job pop-up window, click the Share "Text to Appy" Code tile.

3. After copying your unique Text-to-Apply code and phone number to your clipboard, you can easily share it wherever your ideal candidates spend time.

4. Advise job seekers to text your unique code to the specified phone number to receive an automated text response with a link to your careers page, where they can apply for the associated job.

Add your QR code and Text-to-Apply information (code and number) to your existing marketing collateral.
