Troubleshooting: Login link expired
If you get an error when attempting to reset your password on CareerPlug that says your login token is invalid, don't worry! All you need to do is request a new one.
Here's how to do it:
1. Navigate to the CareerPlug sign-in page.
2. Enter your Email Address.
3. Click the Continue button.
4. Click the Forgot your password? link.
5. Enter your Email Address again and click the Submit button.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Password reset emails contain a link that expires after 10 hours. If you wait more than 10 hours to reset your password, you'll need to start the password reset process over again.
If you never get the password reset email or you get an error that says 'Invalid email or password,' the problem might be that you are attempting to use a different email to log into CareerPlug than the one we have on file for you. Contact us for more troubleshooting help.
