      You might see an applicant marked as a “Great Match” on your Applicants page. Applicants marked as a "Great Match" are those who have applied from ZipRecruiter. Based on the information that ZipRecruiter has about the candidate and your job posting, ZipRecruiter has determined that this candidate is a great fit for your job posting.

      The only applicants who will be marked as “Great Match” are those coming from ZipRecruiter. ZipRecruiter decides which candidates are considered a "Great Match," not CareerPlug.

      Don’t like your Great Matches? You can always reject them. This will help ZipRecruiter’s algorithm recommend better candidates in the future.
