Access requests

What are access requests?
If you are part of a franchise system or came to use CareerPlug through a partnership with a brand, members of your parent company may request access to your account.
These people can include consultants or other HR experts, hired by your parent company, who want access to your account to evaluate your hiring practices.
Access requests appear in the top right of your CareerPlug Dashboard.
You can choose whether you approve or reject an access request. If you approve a request, you can revoke it at any time.
Approve or reject an access request
Note: Only an account owner or admin can approve access requests.
Click the Access requests area of your Dashboard.
View the name of the person requesting access. Click Show Note to learn why they are requesting access to your account.
Click Approve Request or Reject the request. The person requesting access will be emailed letting them know your decision.
Revoke an access request
You may at any time decide to revoke a person's access to your account by opening your Access requests and clicking Revoke.
You have the option to let the person know why you are revoking their access.
This person will be listed under the Revoked/Rejected heading.
