You have the ability to cancel or reschedule upcoming interviews on your Dashboard from the Upcoming Interviews section. You can also reschedule an interview with an applicant from the Applicant Profile page.
Locate the candidate's name on your Dashboard. Click the three-dots icon to the right of their name, and you'll see options to Reschedule or Cancel the interview.
If you are looking at the applicant on the Applicants page, you can click their name to open their Applicant Profile page. Click the Reschedule button on the hiring step for which you want to reschedule an interview.
If you choose to reschedule the interview, you'll need to enter the new date/time in the pop-up. When you click Send Invite, CareerPlug will email the candidate with the details of the new interview date/time.
The new interview date/time will be visible on your Dashboard.
If you choose to cancel the interview, you will be prompted to write an optional comment giving a reason for cancelling the interview, and you will be asked to confirm your decision. The comment will not be visible to the candidate.
The candidate will not be sent an email when an interview is cancelled.
Cancelled interviews will appear with a "cancelled" indicator on your Dashboard.
A note stating that an interview was cancelled — along with your optional interview cancellation reason — will be listed in the Applicant Activity.
