Changing the recipient for invoice receipts

By default, we send your invoices to the person who signed up for your CareerPlug account.

1. To add a new recipient or change who gets invoices, navigate to Settings > Plan And Billing > Plan Details.

2. Click the Update billing information button at the bottom of the Billing Information section.

3. In the Update billing information drawer, enter the email address (or email addresses, separated by a comma) you want to receive invoices in the Email invoices to (Optional) field.

4. Re-enter your billing information and click the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Click the Save button at the bottom of the drawer.

CareerPlug will send future payment receipts to the updated email address.

An alternative method for updating invoices

You have another option to update your email address if you don't want to worry about re-entering your billing information.

1. Navigate to Settings > My Organization > Company Profile.

2. Enter a new email address in the Email Invoices To field.

3. Click the Save button to save your changes.
