Configuring the Onboarding welcome email to employees
When one of your new hires or employees is assigned a checklist for the first time, they get an email with a link asking them to log in and complete it. The default email looks like this:
If you are an Admin user, you can customize this email to better meet your needs. Go to the Settings page in Onboarding (Account > Settings).
In the Notification Settings section, click the Customize link next to Welcome Email.
Note: Avoid editing anything in double brackets , as those are dynamic fields that will automatically populate with the appropriate link or name.
Click Save when you are finished.
