Configuring the Personality Assessment
You can configure the Personality Assessment for each job you post by selecting specific categories on which to assess applicants.
When creating or posting a job, navigate to the Applicant Evaluation tab and toggle on the Personality Assessment.
Click the Select Categories link. From here, you will have the option to choose the competencies that are most important for a new hire to be successful in this role. You can choose as many of the 13 competencies as you would like. However, the more categories you select, the lengthier the assessment will be for any applicants. When you're done, click Confirm.
