Select a date and time that work best for you, and complete the short form to let us know what you hope to discuss on the call. Providing this information ensures we’re prepared to dive into your questions, issues, or concerns, so please include as many details as you see fit.
After scheduling your video call, you'll receive a confirmation email and a calendar invitation email with a Zoom link to join the call.
The biggest benefit of a scheduled video call is that you can share your screen with a Hiring Expert! This means we can provide visual, step-by-step guidance through solutions to your questions.
To get the most out of your scheduled video call, make sure you're seated in front of your computer, logged into your CareerPlug account, and free from distractions at the start of your scheduled call.
Online and email
Create a support request online by clicking the Submit A Request link in the top right corner of this page and filling out the form (recommended).
You can also reach the Hiring Expert Team via email: support@careerplug.com.
We strive to respond to all online and email requests within 4 business hours. If your case requires technical investigation, please allow 1-2 business days for us to resolve your issue fully. We'll communicate with you if we need more time if your case has to be investigated and resolved by our Product Team. Please expect a longer response time in such cases.
