Account Troubleshooting

If you’re having trouble with your account or want to better understand a feature, our Hiring Expert team is available to you via Phone, Email, and Scheduled Video Call!

We strive to respond to all email requests within 4 business hours. If your case requires technical investigation, please allow 1-2 business days for us to resolve your issue fully. We'll communicate with you if we need more time if your case has to be investigated and resolved by our Product Team. Please expect a longer response time in such cases.

  • When you create an email request during business hours, you can expect a faster response because your case is immediately created with much of the information we need to help you.
  • Email requests allow us to better track your question or issue. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can help.
  • Scheduled Video Calls work with your schedule! Instead of trying to squeeze in a phone call on your lunch break, schedule a video call to have some dedicated time for your questions and issues (complete with an invite blocked on your calendar).
  • The biggest benefit of a Scheduled Video Call is that you can share your screen with a Hiring Expert! This means we can provide visual, step-by-step guidance through solutions to your questions.

New User Training

If you are new to CareerPlug — whether you recently activated your account or gained access to an existing account — our New User Training is for you! In less than 30 minutes, this video overview by our Hiring Expert team will guide you through the basics of using your CareerPlug account, such as:

  • How to post a job
  • How to configure Autopilot
  • How to schedule applicant interviews using Autopilot
  • General best practices to drive hiring results

Strategic Consultations

If you have already posted your first job, allow our Consultants to help you optimize it. Whether you’re hiring one person or one hundred, our Consultant team will help you put your best foot forward.
