Besides the Personality and Math/Verbal assessments included in your CareerPlug account, you have the ability to create and use your own custom assessments. Once you create a custom assessment, you'll need to associate it with a hiring process, and then add it to a job. After that, you can start inviting applicants to complete your custom assessments.

Creating the assessment

Note: These questions can be constructed much like prescreen questions. They can be scored, and an applicant's overall score on the entire assessment will be based on their answers to each scored question.
If you need to move questions and comments after you have added them, do so by clicking the green up-and-down arrow icon and dragging the question or comment to its desired location. When you are finished creating comments and questions and reordering them, click Update Assessment.
Adding an assessment to a hiring process
Next, you'll need to add this new assessment to a hiring process in order for applicants who are in that process to be able to take it.
Navigate to Settings > Hiring Tools > Hiring Process to edit a hiring process.
Click the pencil icon to add the assessment to a hiring step.
Click "Select" next to assessments, and turn on the toggle to add the assessment you just created to the hiring step. Click Confirm, then click Save Changes to update the hiring step, and then click Save and Exit to update the hiring process.
Adding an assessment to a job
Now that you have created an assessment and associated it with a hiring process, new jobs you post that use this hiring process have the option to include this assessment as part of their hiring process. You can add this assessment to an existing job that uses the process you edited so that you have the option to have current applicants complete it.
You can add the assessment in the Applicant Evaluation section when you're posting or editing a job:
