Email chains in CareerPlug
One of the benefits of CareerPlug is its ability to keep all of your candidate communication in one place. Even when you reply to an email from a candidate from within your email inbox, that communication will appear under the applicant’s record on your Applicants page in CareerPlug.
For this reason, CareerPlug will always keep all parties on an email chain — unless you remove both the candidate’s email and your masked @careerplug.com email.
If you want to continue an email chain that has a candidate on it without that candidate, make sure you remove both the candidate’s email and the @careerplug.com email address from the ‘to’ field in your email client.
When conferring with colleagues about a candidate’s qualifications, it is best to start a new email chain to avoid confusion.
