Applicants can respond to an offer letter either by accepting the offer or rejecting the offer.

To designate who should receive notifications in each of these situations, you must configure the notification settings on the particular offer letter template.
An applicant accepts the offer
The applicant will be prompted to sign the offer, generating a PDF of the signed offer. You will see Offer Accepted under Actions on your Applicants page.
The offer will be available to download from the Documents tab in the applicant's profile.
An email will be sent to whichever users on your account are set to receive notifications when the offer letter is accepted. The applicant will also be sent a PDF of the signed offer.
An applicant rejects the offer
The applicant has the option to leave comments regarding why they rejected the offer.
An email will be sent to whichever users on your account are set to receive notifications when the offer letter is rejected.
The applicant will get a confirmation email that they successfully rejected the offer. You can view any comments left by an applicant on the All Activity tab of the applicant's profile.
After an applicant rejects an offer, you have the option to edit and resend it.
What a digital offer letter looks like to an applicant
An offer letter sent to an applicant will be viewed by the applicant online. The offer will have the branding and logo of your careers page.
