Every CareerPlug account comes with Indeed Apply enabled from the start, allowing candidates to quickly apply to your jobs using the data they already have saved in their Indeed profile.

You should not enable Indeed Apply in your Indeed account
You may encounter a banner on your Indeed Employer Dashboard notifying you that some of your jobs are eligible for Indeed Apply – DO NOT try to enable this feature through Indeed. Since it is already active thanks to your CareerPlug account, this will break the existing integration with CareerPlug and applicants for your job will no longer be sent to your CareerPlug account.

Why you shouldn't enable Indeed Apply
If you turn on Indeed Apply, it will actually break the sync between Indeed and CareerPlug, and your Indeed applicants will flow into Indeed instead of CareerPlug. This will create frustration on your end because you'll have to review applicants in two places – Indeed and CareerPlug (for your applicants from other sources). You also won't be able to move your Indeed applicants through your hiring process in CareerPlug.
How to disable Indeed Apply in your Indeed account
If you accidentally turned on Indeed Apply in your Indeed account, disabling it will fix the sync issue and ensure your Indeed applicants flow into your CareerPlug account.
To disable Indeed Apply from within your Indeed account, navigate to the Jobs dashboard, find the job with Indeed Apply activated and click the three dots icon to the right. From the drop-down, select Disable Indeed Apply.

What is Indeed Apply?
Your CareerPlug account already comes with Indeed Apply, meaning you don't need to turn on this feature in your Indeed Employer Account.
Indeed Apply makes it quick and easy for applicants to apply to your jobs on Indeed. Any applicant who has their information saved with Indeed – like a resume and contact information – can apply to any of your jobs in just a few clicks.
Candidates can take advantage of this feature by clicking Apply With Indeed near the top of the job application on your CareerPlug jobs.
Clicking Apply With Indeed allows applicants to easily apply with the information already stored in their Indeed profile. This will auto-fill the candidate's name, email address, location, recent job titles and employers, and resume.
The Apply With Indeed button improves candidate experience by saving the applicant time when they are applying to your job. This button cannot be removed from your job applications.
For tracking purposes, the applicant's source will be listed as Careers Page, not Indeed, because the applicant is still applying from your Careers Page.
