Inviting another hiring manager to join an interview

If there are multiple people involved in your company's interview process, you can easily add each interviewer to a calendar invite sent through CareerPlug.

Find the applicant on the Applicants page, then click their name to view their profile page. In the hiring step, click the Schedule button.

A pre-written email template will appear. Click the Show CC/BCC link to open those fields.

Now, provide any other user whom you'd like to CC (the applicant can see that this person was added) or BCC (the applicant cannot see that this person was added) on the interview invitation.

After you enter any CC/BCC email address, separate any additional emails using a comma.

Once you have finished adding your other managers, specify the interview date, time, and location. Clicking into the Date field opens a selection calendar. Choose your preferred date. Click into the Start Time and End Time fields to toggle time up/down or alternate AM/PM.

Click Send Email at the bottom of the message.
