myCNAjobs Integration

myCNAjobs is the nation’s largest career community that job seekers use to find positions as Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs). CareerPlug clients in the home health care industry can tap into this career community via a seamless integration. To enable the integration, subscribers must have an active paid subscription to both CareerPlug and myCNAjobs.

The integration, once enabled, includes:

  • Unlimited job postings. Post a job on CareerPlug and your jobs will be posted to myCNAjobs automatically. Job seekers will appear in CareerPlug just like any other applicant.
  • myCNAjobs resume marketplace access, including 1-click resume syncing with CareerPlug
  • myCNAjobs hiring event access, including automatic candidate syncing with CareerPlug
  • Automatic recruitment reporting: Streamline operations and track hires all in your CareerPlug account

The integration is free to enable, but it does require both a paid (Pro) CareerPlug and a myCNAjobs subscription. Click here to meet with myCNAjobs and create your account. Be sure to mention that you’re a CareerPlug client during registration to receive the unlimited job integration package.

How to get started if you don't already have a myCNAjobs account:

2. Let your account representative at myCNAjobs know that you’d like to turn on the CareerPlug integration.

3. myCNAjobs will contact CareerPlug and give us the information we need to turn on the integration for you.

4. CareerPlug’s Support Team will let you know that the integration has been enabled. Wait 24-48 hours before your CareerPlug jobs are fully visible on myCNAjobs.

5. Review your new applicants in CareerPlug and automatically sync candidates from the myCNAjobs resume marketplace into your CareerPlug account.

If you already have a myCNAjobs account:

If you already have a myCNAjobs account, enabling the CareerPlug integration will ensure that your CareerPlug jobs are posted on myCNAjobs.com and that job seekers who apply via your myCNAjobs postings appear in CareerPlug just like any other applicant.

If you already have a myCNAjobs account, follow these steps to activate the integration:

  1. Contact your account representative at myCNAjobs to enroll in the “Integration Bundle” and tell them that you’d like to turn on the CareerPlug integration.
  2. myCNAjobs will contact CareerPlug and give us the information we need to turn on the integration for you.
  3. CareerPlug’s Support Team will let you know that the integration has been enabled. Wait 24-48 hours before your CareerPlug jobs are fully visible on myCNAjobs.
  4. Review your new applicants in CareerPlug and automatically sync candidates from the myCNAjobs resume marketplace into your CareerPlug account.

Viewing your applicants from myCNAjobs

Applicants who applied via the myCNAjobs job board will have a source called “MyCNAJobs.”

You can view the source from which an applicant applied by clicking on the applicant’s name on the Applicants page. The source of their application will appear just under their name.

To view the number of applicants you’ve received from the myCNAjobs job board for a particular job, click the name of the job on the Jobs page. Scroll to the Source Conversion Performance chart at the bottom of the page. Click the View More Sources button and ensure that the toggle next to myCNAjobs is turned on. Then you will be able to compare your applicant flow from the myCNAjobs job board to other sources.

You can also view your Source Analysis report (if you are an account administrator) to see how many applicants you have received from the myCNAjobs job board across your entire account.

Click Reports > Source Analysis.
