Reposting an old job
If you're hiring for a position for which you hired in the past, your job is likely in a status of Closed.
View closed jobs by navigating to the Closed tab of your Jobs page.
Locate the closed job that you want to re-post. Click the Reactivate button.
A drawer will appear. Click the Reactivate Job button to repost your job immediately.
When you reactivate your job, any applicants who previously applied to this job will appear as Active candidates on your Applicants page. Your job will be live on your careers page immediately and may take up to 24 hours to appear on job boards.
Reposting an old job at a later date
When you reactivate a closed job, a drawer will prompt you to reactivate the previous posting with the option to Post on a later date. Turn on this toggle if you'd like to choose a later date to repost your job.
When you select this option, choose the date that you'd like your job posted by clicking the field to the left of the calendar icon.
We recommend posting your job so that it is live on job boards between Monday and Wednesday to attract more applicants.
When you reactivate your previous posting, the job will then be saved in the Drafts tab of your Jobs page until it is posted.
