Resetting an application form

If an applicant makes an error on an application form, you have the option to reset the form and resend it to them to complete.

First find the applicant who completed the form incorrectly on your Applicants page. Click on their name to view their profile.

Notice that the completed form has a Reset link. Click the Reset button to erase the erroneous form.

The applicant can now fill out the form again. To resend the applicant the link to complete the form, click Send Reminder.
