Sending applicants an automatic "Thank You" email after they apply

Your CareerPlug account includes several message templates to enhance your hiring process, including an automated email thanking candidates for applying to your job and letting them know your company will contact them with the next steps.

New applicants will receive this email by default.

To edit or turn off this automated email:

1. Navigate to Settings > Templates > General Messages.

2. Locate the Applicant Confirmation - Thank You Email. Click the Edit button to update the template, or click the toggle to turn it off.

Note: If you do not have this email in your account, please contact us to enable it.

When you edit a system message template, CareerPlug automatically creates a copy to modify, leaving the original template intact.

3. Enter a distinctive Title for your new template, edit the Category, Subject, and Body, and click the Save and Exit button.
