Setting a rejection reason when you deactivate an applicant
Deactivating an applicant removes them from your list of active applicants on your Applicants page.
When you deactivate an applicant, you have the option to set a rejection reason.
You can set a rejection reason from the drop-down menu and add an optional comment about the applicant. This rejection reason is for internal use only and will not be shared with the applicant.
Click Confirm when you are finished.
Configuring CareerPlug's default rejection reasons
CareerPlug offers many default rejection reasons. However, if you choose to add your own, you may do so by navigating to Settings then clicking the Rejection Reasons tile on the left side of your screen.
Click the plus sign icon (+) to add a new rejection reason or click the Edit button to the right of a rejection reason to edit the reason.
Your changes will appear the next time you set a rejection reason when making an applicant inactive.
