Applicant Ratings are the new way for you to categorize, filter, and track your level of interest in applicants. Instead of favoriting top applicants, you'll now rate them as a Good Fit, Maybe, or Not A Fit, making it easier to evaluate and manage your candidates.
You can access Applicant Ratings from three places within your account: on the Applicants page, within an applicant's profile, or when reviewing new applicants.

Note: Any applicants previously marked as Favorites (the star icon) will automatically be rated as a Good Fit.
Streamline applicant tracking and management
Applicant Ratings are designed to help you stay organized by making it easier to recall the potential of each candidate and follow up with them.
On your Applicants page, you can quickly filter applicants using your ratings to find and keep track of the candidates you want to move forward with (or reject).
To filter applicants by the ratings you've assigned, click the Ratings drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the page and select the type(s) of applicants you want to see.
To remove a rating from your filtered view, click the "X" on the right edge of the filter (or deselect it from the Ratings drop-down menu).
On your Dashboard, your To-Dos will feature links to follow up with Good Fit applicants whom you haven't contacted yet and Not A Fit applicants who are pending rejection.
Clicking either link will redirect you to the Applicants page with an appropriate filter applied so you're ready to take action.
If you're following up on Not A Fit applicants who are pending rejection, the Bulk Actions drawer will automatically open when you're redirected to the Applicants page, making it easier to manage rejections efficiently.
