Troubleshooting: employee can't log into Onboarding to complete forms

If your new hire or employee can't log into CareerPlug using the link that was sent to them when they were assigned a checklist, that link may have expired. These reset password links expire after 10 hours. Instruct your employee to go to app.careerplug.com and use the Forgot your password? link.

If they get an error because their work email is not listed in the system, they may have been listed under their personal email when they were hired, so have them try that instead. They can reset their password on app.careerplug.com using this personal email, and once they log in they can change their login email to their work email.
