There are 7 tabs on your Reports page. The first 6 tabs correspond to on-page charts you can use to visualize valuable information about your applicants and user activity.

On the seventh tab — the Reports tab — you can create, customize, and run Excel reports.
Using Classic Reports
You can use any of the available filters to limit the data you see on a particular chart.
Be sure to select the correct Date Range for the data you wish to view. To view data from a custom date range, click the Date Range drop-down menu and select Custom. Select a Date From and Date To using the calendar picker to define the date range. If you change the date range, click the Update Chart button to apply your changes.
Applicant Detail
The applicant detail chart shows how many Active applicants and Inactive applicants you have for the selected date range, separated by what hiring step they are in.
On the right, you can see the number of total applicants, including both active and inactive applicants, in the various steps of your hiring process.
Clicks/Applicant
The clicks/applicant chart shows how many clicks and applications each of your jobs has received during the selected date range. On the right side of the chart, you can see each jobs' application percentage — what percent of clicks on the jobs resulted in an application being submitted. This chart can help you determine which of your jobs are the most attractive to applicants.
Hover over any of the bars in the chart to see the exact number of clicks and applications your jobs have received.
Job Detail
The job detail chart shows the trends in your weekly applicant flow over time. Each data point represents the number of applicants you received in a given week — regardless of whether they are currently active or inactive.
Hover over any of the data points to see the number of active jobs, how many applicants your active jobs received, and the average number of applicants you received per active job in a given week.
Time to Fill
The time to fill chart shows the average number of days it's taken for your company to make a hire for each of your jobs. In the light blue bar at the top of the chart, you can see your average time to fill across all jobs in the selected date range. To the right of the chart, you can see the total number of hires made for each job.
Hover over any of the dark blue bars to see the names of hires, their hiring details, and how many days it took to fill that position.
Source Analysis
The source analysis charts show a breakdown of which sources your applicants are coming from split across two groups: All Applicants and Hired Applicants.
The All Applicants chart shows where all of your applicants came from while Hired Applicants only shows sources where applicants you've hired came from. Hover over any section of the pie charts to see the percentage of applicants or hires who came from a specific source.
Note: You have the ability to filter by All Applicants, Only Active Applicants, or Only Inactive Applicants on these charts. If you choose to filter by Only Inactive Applicants, you may have no data in your Hired Applicants chart. Make sure to show All Applicants or Active Applicants to see all of your hiring data in the Hired Applicants chart.
User Activity
The user activity chart shows the activity levels of users in your account. At the top is a bar that shows the average of all user activity across your account. In this chart, user activity is separated into three categories: Applicant Status Updates, Applicant Communications, and Applicant Scorecards.
Applicant Status Updates occur when a user advances an applicant to another stage in the hiring process. Applicant Communications includes any email communication a user has had with an applicant. Applicant Scorecards represent when a user has completed an interview scorecard for an applicant.
To the right of this chart, you can view the total number of updates each user has made as well as the date of the latest update (if your date range includes today's date).
