Viewing applicants' answers to prescreen questions

When you set prescreen questions on your jobs, applicants will be required to answer them before applying, and you can view their answers right on your Applicants page.

To view an applicant's answers to prescreen questions, find them on your Applicants page. Then, hover over their prescreen score to view their answers to specific questions.

In addition, you can click the applicant’s name to go to their profile page and view their prescreen results.

Once you’re on the applicant’s profile page, click the Applicant Evaluation tab to view their Prescreen Results.
