Start the new year with powerful interview scheduling enhancements! We’re kicking off 2025 with features that eliminate calendar juggling and save you valuable time. Our January updates focus on making the scheduling process more efficient for both managers and your candidates.

Multiple interviewers for Autopilot

You can now add multiple interviewers to an Autopilot interview. Autopilot automatically considers everyone’s availability when presenting interview times to the applicant. No more calendar juggling!

This feature is available for CareerPlug accounts with a Hire or Grow subscription.

Interview scheduling links

Clients using interview invite templates can add a scheduling link to their messages. Instead of going back and forth with applicants to find a time, you can now drop a link directly into your invite, letting applicants book interviews easily based on your real-time availability. This feature makes interview scheduling faster, easier, and more efficient.

This feature is available for CareerPlug accounts with a Hire or Grow subscription.

Bugs that have been fixed over the last 30 days: New Year Edition

We've been fine-tuning CareerPlug to ensure a smoother experience for you! Here are some of the key fixes we've made this month.

  • Referral links work for everyone – Some users couldn't use referral links properly.
  • Hiring count shows real numbers – The dashboard was showing zero hires even when you had made hires.
  • "Continue" button actually continues – The button would sometimes stop working when you selected too many options.
  • Adding applicants manually is reliable – Sometimes applicants would disappear when you tried to add them yourself.
  • Job descriptions look clean – Job posts generated with AI sometimes had weird formatting that's now gone.
  • Prescreen questions save when you edit them – Your changes to questions weren't always being saved.
  • AI job description generator works better – The tool was breaking sometimes when you tried to create a job post.
  • Clear message when you add too many times – You'll get a helpful message if you try to add more than 50 time slots.
  • One-time schedule settings make sense – The "Save as Default" option is turned off for one-time schedules to avoid confusion.
  • Calendar events update when canceled – When you canceled an interview, it didn't always disappear from calendars.
  • Job titles don't break the page layout – Really long job titles now fit properly on the screen.
  • Dropdown menus show completely – Filter menus were getting cut off on smaller screens.
  • Ratings work on your phone – You can now remove ratings when using a mobile device.
  • Interview times show correctly – Times were wrong for interviews that crossed from morning to afternoon.
  • CC and BCC work in emails – People you added to CC or BCC when sharing applications now get the emails.
