Smart Suggestions on the Jobs page
We've expanded Smart Suggestions beyond the job creation process to help you continuously optimize your job postings. Now you'll find helpful recommendations on how to improve your job postings right on your Jobs page. These data-driven recommendations are based on job board best practices and evolve as your job ages — helping you keep your postings relevant and attractive throughout their 90-day lifecycle.

ZipRecruiter Sponsorship
Your jobs are automatically posted on ZipRecruiter from your CareerPlug account, but now you can boost their visibility and reach by sponsoring job posts. Sponsored posts typically get more clicks and applicants than organic listings and are prioritized in search results.

A Pro or Premium subscription is required to post jobs to major job boards and sponsor jobs on ZipRecruiter.
Job Sharing pop-up window
All of your job sharing and targeted recruiting methods are now in one place. When you share a job, you'll have options to share across multiple channels — from social media and email to printed posters with QR codes*!

Limited Access users can now view jobs
Limited Access users can now view the Jobs page and, by extension, the job profile page. This change allows Limited Access users to see the open positions they are associated with — and will be interviewing for — and track their performance across applicant reviews.
With this update, we've empowered Limited Access users to collaborate more effectively as members of a hiring team by giving them the ability to review job posting details ahead of an interview and see how they are (or aren't) interacting with applicants.
To see a job posting's details, Limited Access users can click the three dots icon to the right of a job and select Preview from the drop-down menu.
To view a job's profile page and track their hiring performance, Limited Access users can click a job's title — or click the three dots icon to the right of the job and select View Profile from the drop-down menu.
The job profile page helps you evaluate how attractive your job is to applicants and how successful your hiring process is. It provides an at-a-glance view of the number of applicants your job has received (and where you received them from) and how close you are to making a hire.

Shared interview visibility for Admins
Admins can now view and cancel interviews scheduled by other team members directly from the Dashboard. A new drop-down lets you toggle between your own interviews, specific team members' interviews, or all interviews. This gives your team more flexibility — especially when someone is out and interviews need to be managed.

Applicant Ratings
Applicant Ratings are the new way for you to categorize, filter, and track your level of interest in candidates. Instead of favoriting top applicants, you'll now rate them as a Good Fit, Maybe, or Not A Fit, making it easier to evaluate and manage your candidates. Quickly filter applicants using your ratings to find and keep track of the candidates you want to move forward with (or reject).
Note: Applicant Ratings are replacing the Favorites feature. Any applicants previously marked as Favorites (the star icon) will automatically be rated as a Good Fit.

Required Onboarding Forms
You can automatically assign federal and state tax forms, direct deposit forms, and a Welcome Email to new hires based on their location and role. Employees can complete everything online from any device, and automated reminders keep employees and managers on track! When it's all done, everything is securely stored and accessible whenever you need it. No more chasing down paperwork or digging through filing cabinets.

This feature is available for CareerPlug accounts with a Premium subscription.
LABS
Labs is an early-access program that gives you an exclusive first look at the newest CareerPlug features before anyone else! You get to test new features and provide feedback directly to our Product team.
To enable Labs features, log in to your CareerPlug account, navigate Settings > My Organization > Labs.
Text-to-Apply & QR Code Generator that links to your careers page
Candidates can easily apply to your open positions by scanning a QR code or using text-to-apply, linking directly to your careers page. You can download and print a one-pager with a QR code and text-to-apply keyword or generate your own QR code.
This new feature can be found on the Jobs page. Click the three-dots icon to the right of whichever job you want to share and select Share from the drop-down menu.
If your job's current Smart Suggestion is to share the job, a Share button will be available right from the Jobs page.
Bugs that have been fixed over the last 30 days: Spring Cleaning Edition!
We’ve been fine-tuning CareerPlug to ensure a smoother experience for you! Here are some of the key fixes we’ve made this month.
- ADP Workforce Now® Preview and Export working smoothly – Fixed an issue that prevented the Preview or Export to ADP Workforce Now® from working
- “Good Fit” applicant ratings filter shows all your favorites – Your previously “Favorited” applicants now properly appear when you filter for “Good Fit” candidates
- Exact job posting dates instead of vague timeframes – The “Posted” column now shows the exact date (month/day/year)-which aligns with U.S. date formatting standards-instead of saying “about a month ago” so you can track your jobs more precisely
- Smarter Smart Suggestions - We’ve taught our system not to ask if you’re “Still Hiring?” for jobs you’ve already marked as Passive
- Dashboard clarity update - Changed “Needs Refreshed” to “Needs Review” on your dashboard to better describe what action you should take
- Jobs page loads properly with Smart Suggestions - Fixed that annoying infinite spinner that appeared when trying to load your jobs page with Smart Suggestions enabled
- FastTrack Applicants are easier to find - The “Show FastTrack Applicants Only” filter now correctly displays applicants in the Review step too
- Mobile sharing now works - Fixed an issue where nothing happened when you tried to share a job from a mobile phone
- Helpful tooltips for job sharing - Added a missing tooltip for the Share Job Suggestion to help you understand what it does
- Hiring process cleanup is easier - You can now properly delete hiring processes that were previously used as templates for Autopilot. No more frustrating page reloads without anything happening!
- Email needs recipients error message - Added a helpful reminder when you try to send an email without adding any recipients in the “To” field
- Clearer email previews - Updated the “To” field in email previews to show your Company Name instead of a generic placeholder
- Personalized referral links - Updated links in the Referral drawer preview to be specific to your account
- Goodbye, COVID references - Removed outdated COVID-19 references from the “Temporarily Remote” job description option
- Scoring for Interview Scorecards now saves - Fixed an issue when assigning scoring to the Interview Scorecard Template wouldn’t save
