Resetting an applicant's assessment scores

We do not recommend resetting applicants' assessment scores. However, sometimes — like when an applicant encounters an error while trying to complete an assessment — it is necessary to reset assessment scores so that an applicant can take an assessment again.

When you find the applicant, click the View Assessments button in the "Actions" column on the Applicants page.

If you don't see the View Assessments button, click the applicant's name to view the applicant's profile page. In the Assessment hiring step, click the View button.

On the assessment report that opens, click the Reset Assessment button in the top left corner of the screen.

Your applicant can now retake that assessment immediately using the same link that you sent them originally.

To send them the invite and link again, click Resend Invite in their assessment step.
