CareerPlug Partner: Dalia
Applicants from your careers page are 4X more likely to be hired than those from job boards, but over 25% of visitors leave without ever submitting an application to one of your open positions.
Dalia Boost sits right on top of your careers page, helping job seekers find the right job and apply immediately, and following up with the ones who have left without applying. Every applicant goes straight into your CareerPlug account, just like any other applicant source.
By adding Dalia Boost to your careers page, you can maximize connection, engagement, and conversion from applicants coming from your branded careers page.

How does Dalia Boost work?
When an applicant is on your careers page, they’ll be prompted to use a chat box to provide relevant personal information, such as their name, email, and phone number. If the potential applicant has already interacted with a Dalia page, their information is likely already saved, making the application process even easier.
From here, they can quickly view roles that might be a good fit for them, interact with the chat box to share their experience, certifications, or qualifications, and answer any important questions relevant to the job posting. Once all the prompts are done, that’s it - the visitor has officially become an applicant.
This is a lower-pressure, lower-friction way to apply.
This isn’t all, though. Approximately 25% of careers page visitors never finish filling out their application. If an applicant has started the process via the Dalia chat box, they will receive a reminder to return and complete the application later. This helps capture actively interested applicants who may not have time immediately, and ensures you always receive an application from an interested candidate.
If an applicant has previously applied to one of your jobs, they will receive text or email notifications about new job openings they may be qualified for. This means as soon as you hit publish on a new open role, your jobs are being sent out to applicants specifically invested in your brand.
Even if they haven’t applied for your role yet, if a qualified applicant has signed up for Dalia they will receive an alert about your open position. Dalia has a network of over 10 million candidates waiting for their perfect next role.
The bottom line? Visitors on your careers page are more likely to finish the application process, your jobs will reach new qualified candidates who may not be on job boards, and you’re more likely to find your next perfect hire.
How much does Dalia cost?
Adding the Dalia integration to your existing CareerPlug account incurs a flat fee of $99/month, regardless of the number of locations in your account. This is billed separately from your CareerPlug billing and will show on your bank statement as a separate charge.
The Dalia integration is a month-to-month plan, which means you can subscribe when you are actively hiring and cancel as you move your new employees through their onboarding process. You are not locked into a yearly contract, and you never have to worry about billing surprises.
Each account will need its own Dalia integration, as that account’s careers page will be promoted through Dalia.
How do I add Dalia to my account?
1. Navigate to Company settings (gear icon) > Marketplace > Dalia.
2. Click the Activate button.
If you’ve previously looked at the Dalia page, you may see a Continue button instead.
3. On the following page, click the Get Started button.
4. Enter your email and credit card information.
Dalia is billed separately from CareerPlug, so you will have to enter your billing information again. It will also show as a separate charge on your bank statements, and your billing cycle will likely be different.
5. Click the checkbox at the bottom of the page to agree to Dalia Boost’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
6. Click the Subscribe button.
This is a month-to-month subscription. There is no yearly contract associated with Dalia, and you can cancel at any time. This will automatically renew each month.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Q: Why should I pay for Dalia if I’m already paying for CareerPlug?
A: We get it! Signing up for another subscription can feel like such a chore. As the hiring landscape changes and job boards change with it, we always recommend diversifying where you source your candidates. You never want to rely on only one stream of applicants.
You can think of signing up for Dalia like you would sponsor a job on Indeed or ZipRecruiter. Instead of only one job, though, Dalia will help promote every job you post. With a single monthly price, you can boost the visibility of all your jobs in one place.
Q: Do I need to do anything after purchasing the Dalia subscription?
A: Once you have followed the steps to set up your Dalia subscription through the CareerPlug Marketplace Integrations, your part is done! It may take a few hours for the Dalia integration to be reflected in your account.
Q: How can I tell if my Dalia integration is working?
A: The fastest and easiest way to check if your Dalia integration is working is to view your Careers Page. You can access this from the Dashboard or by navigating to Company settings (gear icon) > My organization, then clicking Open Careers Page.
If your integration is working properly, there should be a Dalia pop-up in the bottom right of the screen. This can take several minutes to several hours to process, so if you have just signed up for Dalia, we recommend coming back in a few hours to check.
If you do not see the integration after following the steps above, please contact CareerPlug Support so we can resolve this issue for you.
Q: Does this replace traditional job boards?
A: No, Dalia does not replace traditional job boards - and it’s not meant to. Your jobs will still get sent to all the major job board partners CareerPlug has. You can think of Dalia as a bonus source of qualified applicants, not a replacement.
Q: What is a careers page? Do I need one to use Dalia?
A: Your careers page is often the first point of contact for applicants. It is a landing page where you can direct applicants to learn more about your company and apply for your open positions, and it comes with your CareerPlug subscription at no additional cost.
If you are part of a brand or partnership, you may already have a franchise-approved careers page. If you do not, or want to modify, your careers page to better match your company, you can configure its colors, images, and style. A compelling careers page that promotes your brand and company culture can help you stand out from the crowd.
Q: How do I promote my careers page?
A: Dalia can help capture the attention of potential applicants on your careers page, but additional promotion from you and your company can really make a difference, too. Your careers page is not only a branded hiring hub for your company but also an essential tool in your hiring process.
We recommend following this guide to get started on optimizing and promoting your careers page.
Q: I have a CareerPlug Hire subscription. Can I use Dalia?
A: Currently, the integration with Dalia is only available to clients who use CareerPlug Grow. The Grow subscription allows you access to integrations such as Dalia, and provides both hiring and retention tools that you can customize.
Q: My company hires outside of the United States. Can I still use Dalia?
A: Dalia works with companies hiring in the US and Canada. It is not available to other markets at this time.
