Removing a user

There is no way to delete a user from CareerPlug completely. Instead, you must disable their access to your account.

There are 2 ways to remove a user's access depending on the parts of CareerPlug to which they have access. If you want to remove a user's recruiting access in the ATS, you can do so from the user's profile. If a user has access to your Onboarding, you should also remove their Administrator or Manager access from Onboarding.
