How to download employee forms
An employee's completed forms live on the Documents tab of their Onboarding profile.
To view an employee's completed forms, you first need to navigate to Onboarding by clicking the plug icon in the top-left corner of the screen and selecting Onboarding from the drop-down.
Navigate to your Employees tab.
Locate the employee whose forms you want to download and click either their name (or the Edit link) to open their Onboarding profile.
In the employee's Onboarding profile, navigate to their Documents tab.
On the Documents tab, click on the name of any completed form to view it.
If you want all of the employee's forms compiled into a single document, you can click on the employee's Onboarding Document.
Clicking on either an individual form or the Onboarding Document will open a PDF of the completed form(s).
To download a PDF copy of the form(s), click the download icon in the top-right corner of the page.
Name the file to your liking and click the Save button.
