Reconnecting your calendar to resume Autopilot

Note: You must have a CareerPlug Hire or Grow subscription to use Autopilot.

In order to use Autopilot — CareerPlug's automated scheduling feature — you need to set up your built-in calendar or connect an external calendar account to CareerPlug

If your connected calendar is not syncing properly with CareerPlug, you may need to disconnect and reconnect your calendar to reestablish the link.

To disconnect and reconnect your calendar:

1. Click the person icon in the top navigation bar and select My Profile from the drop-down menu.

2. Click the Calendars tab in the left navigation bar.

3. Click the Edit button.

4. Click the Edit accounts link.

5. Click the X icon to the left of any existing calendar to disconnect it.

6. Find your calendar account provider, and click the associated button.

7. On the following page, click the checkbox to agree to the terms of service and allow CareerPlug to access your calendar account.

8. Click the Link [Provider] Account button.

9. On the following page, click the Continue button.

10. On the following page, click the Continue button.

You’ll be redirected back to the Calendars tab. You will temporarily see a "Pending" status. After a couple of minutes, it will update to "Active."

Once your calendar has been reconnected, you can resume auto-scheduling interviews with Autopilot!
