Updating payment information
For security reasons, CareerPlug cannot take payment or payment updates over the phone. You can securely update your account's payment information using the following instructions.
Log into your CareerPlug account and navigate to Settings > Plan And Billing > Plan Details.
If you don't have access to this page, an administrator on your account must update your billing information.
Under the Billing Information heading, you can view the payment method that we have on file and click Update billing information to make changes.
In the drawer that opens on the right side of the page, enter your new payment information and click Save when you are finished.
Note that you have the option to pay by ACH as well as credit card.
