Using interview scorecards

Interview scorecards are lists of questions used to increase consistency in your interview process.

To use the provided interview scorecards, go to your Applicants page and locate the applicant that you are interviewing. You can quickly search for a specific applicant by name in the search bar.

When you find the applicant, click the Fill Scorecard link.

If you don't see the Fill Scorecard link, you can also click the applicant’s name, then click the Scorecards tab.

Click the Fill New Scorecard button.

Select which interview scorecard you would like to complete. To print the blank scorecard and complete it by hand, click the print icon to the right of the Select button.

Use the scorecard to give the applicant ratings in various categories to help you summarize the strengths and weaknesses of the applicant's interview. Scorecards will automatically save as a draft until you are ready to submit.

Be sure to click Submit Scorecard when you are finished.

You can view the completed scorecard by clicking View.
