      Viewing applicant activity

      You can view all actions that have been taken on an applicant on the All Activity tab of the applicant's profile.

      Find the applicant on your Applicants page and click their name.

      Need help finding an applicant? Click the " X" on the right edge of the Job Status: Active filter to remove it. This filter — which is on by default any time you log into CareerPlug — hides applicants from your closed, passive, and draft jobs from view.

      Click the All Activity tab.

      The All Activity tab displays:

      • Changes in the applicant's status in the hiring process (e.g. moved from one step to another)
      • Emails sent to the applicant
      • Comments made on the applicant
