What happens to applicants when you change or delete a hiring process that is currently in use

Generally, when you alter a hiring process and you already have applicants using that hiring process, you will be asked to move these applicants to a hiring step in a different hiring process.

If there are already applicants involved in a hiring process, you will be asked to move these applicants to a hiring step in a different workflow when you:

• Transfer applicants to another job
• Change the hiring process associated with a job
• Remove hiring steps in a hiring process
• Delete a hiring process

Please ensure that you are moving applicants to an appropriate new hiring step when you do any of the above.
