CareerPlug Refund Policy

CareerPlug’s refund policy is simple: We offer full refunds on all annual upfront payment subscriptions within 30 days of purchase.

To request a refund, just contact the CareerPlug Hiring Expert team within 30 days of purchase. Let us know you are requesting a refund, and we’ll take care of it.

Here are some examples of refunds we would absolutely grant:

  • You were unsatisfied with your first 30 days of using CareerPlug on your annual upfront payment subscription and contact us for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • You were unsatisfied with a CareerPlug add-on product that you purchased and contact us within 30 days for a refund.
  • You forgot to cancel your account and contacted us for a refund within 30 days after your renewal date for your annual upfront payment subscription.

Here are some examples of refunds (full or partial) we would not grant, because they go against our policy:

  • You request a refund because you're going out of business.
  • You request a refund because you're selling your business.
  • You forgot to cancel your account and request a refund more than 30 days after your renewal.
  • You have a month-to-month subscription.
  • You have an annual subscription with a monthly billing interval.
    • You may cancel the subscription within 30 days of your first payment date. However, if you cancel, you will not receive a refund for any payments made during that period.
