CareerPlug Refund Policy

CareerPlug’s refund policy is simple: We offer full refunds on all annual subscriptions within 30 days of purchase.

To request a refund, just contact the CareerPlug Hiring Expert team within 30 days of purchase. Let us know you are requesting a refund, and we’ll take care of it.

Here are some examples of refunds we would absolutely grant:

  • You were unsatisfied with your first 30 days of using CareerPlug and contact us for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • You were unsatisfied with a CareerPlug add-on product that you purchased and contact us within 30 days for a refund.
  • You forgot to cancel your account and contacted us for a refund within 30 days after your renewal.

Here are some examples of refunds (full or partial) we would not grant, because they go against our policy:

  • You request a refund because you're going out of business.
  • You request a refund because you're selling your business.
  • You forgot to cancel your account and request a refund more than 30 days after your renewal.
  • You have a monthly subscription.
