You can change your email address or password — or another user’s email or password — from the My Profile page.

Changing your email or password when logged into CareerPlug
1. Navigate to My Profile.
2. Navigate to the Settings tab and click the Edit button.
3. At the top of your Profile Settings page, enter a new Email in the associated field, as well as your Current Password.
4. If you wish to change your password, enter a New Password.
Passwords should be at least 8 characters long, and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a symbol, and a number.
5. Once you've updated your email and/or password, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button.
Resetting your password
1. You also have the option to update your password by clicking the Reset Password button on the Settings tab in My Profile.
2. A pop-up will prompt you to confirm the password reset. Click Send Reset Password Email.
A secure link to reset your password will be sent to your email address.
3. When you visit the link sent to your email, enter your new password twice and click the Change Password button.

Your password has been updated!
Resetting your password when logged out of CareerPlug
1. Navigate to the CareerPlug sign-in page.
2. Enter your email address and click the Continue button.
3. Click the Forgot your password? link under the Submit button.
4. Enter the email associated with your CareerPlug account and click the Submit button.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Each time a password reset is requested, an email is sent with a link to reset the password that contains a unique token. Be sure that you click the link in the most recent email to reset your password. If you get an error message that your reset password link has expired, simply go to the CareerPlug sign-in page and click the Forgot your password? link again to get a new email and link.

Changing another user’s email or resetting their password
For security reasons, only Admins can change another user's email address.
1. To edit an employee's email address, navigate to your Team page.
2. Find the employee whose email address you want to change and click their name, or click the three dots icon followed by View Profile.
If you don't see the employee you're looking for, you can use the search box above your Team list to search by name.
3. Navigate to the user's Settings tab and click the Edit button in the top-right corner of the page.
4. Enter a new email address in the Email field.
5. At the bottom of the Profile Settings page, click the Save button.
Resetting another user's password
1. If the user needs to reset their password, click the Reset Password button.
2. A pop-up will prompt you to confirm the password reset. Click Send Reset Password Email.
A secure link to reset their password will be sent to their email address.
