How to get texts when you receive a new Fast Track applicant

You can receive a text message when a Fast Track applicant applies to any of your open positions.

Each time a new Fast Track applicant applies, we'll send a text to the phone number that you provide with the applicant's contact information and a link to their CareerPlug application.

To enable text message notifications for Fast Track applicants, create a new job posting or edit an existing job posting.

In the Hiring Settings section, click the Configure Notifications button. Click the down arrow icon next to your name (or another user who you would like to receive texts for Fast Track applicants).

Turn on the New Fast Track Applicants toggle, check the Text Message box, and add a phone number.

Click Apply, then click Update Job Post.

To receive Fast Track texts for all of your job postings:

Navigate to My Profile.

Navigate to your Settings tab and click the Edit button in the top-right corner of the page.

Scroll down to the Job Notifications section and turn on the New Fast Track Applicants toggle, then select the Text Message checkbox and — if you don't already have a phone number associated with your profile — enter a phone number.

Click the Save button.

As long as you have added a phone number to your Profile (which will be located under your name), texts will automatically be sent to that number. If you have not added a phone number, you will be prompted to enter one when you turn on the New Fast Track Applicants toggle.

To allow other users to receive Fast Track texts for all of your job postings:

Navigate to your Team page.

Find the employee whose you want to receive New Fast Track Applicant texts and click their name, or click the three dots icon followed by View Profile.

If you don't see the employee you're looking for, you can use the search box in the top right corner to search by name.

Once you're on the user's Profile page, you can follow the same procedure as outline above to enable New Fast Track Applicant texts for this user.
