CareerPlug makes it easy to communicate with all of your applicants in one place and invite them to interviews using text message templates that you can send with just a few clicks.
The applicant below has completed their assigned assessments, so they are in the Phone Screen hiring step and are ready to be invited for a phone screen.
To invite an applicant to an interview, click the Send Invitation button in the Actions column.
This will open an Invite drawer, where you can select whichever text and email templates you want to use to invite your applicant to an interview, as well as make any tweaks to the messages before sending them.
First, you'll need to choose the text message you want to send from the Template drop-down.
If you only have one template available for this hiring step, it will already be selected and pre-filled by default. Notice that the applicant's name and the position name are already populated thanks to your template. You can choose not to send a text message for this interview invitation by turning off the Send Text Message toggle.
Next, you'll need to choose the email you want to send from the Template drop-down.

When you're finished editing your text message and/or email, click the Send button.
